A workshop designed to help meet the continuing challenges facing remuneration committees

MM&K is hosting a day’s workshop primarily for aspiring and recently-appointed remuneration committee members

Designing and implementing remuneration policies aligned to the specific business circumstances, strategy and purpose remain challenging. To help committee members meet the challenges with confidence, this workshop will focus on what they need to know in order to operate effectively.

This event is intended to be inter-active. Sessions on the remuneration committee’s role and responsibilities; identifying, preparing for and addressing core challenges; and incentive plan design will be interspersed with open discussion about relevant case studies and scenarios. Participants will benefit also from insights provided by experienced remuneration committee members and remuneration experts.

Whilst aimed primarily at new and aspiring remuneration committee members, the workshop would also be suitable for experienced NEDs seeking to refresh their knowledge.

Location

The workshop will be held at Octagon Point, 5 Cheapside, London EC2V 6AA on 7 October 2026 from 10.00am until 4.00pm, with an opportunity to continue discussions informally and network afterwards. Places cost £495.00, including VAT, each.
