Executive Remuneration – Senior Consultant
MM&K are seeking to hire a Senior Consultant to expand our team. We specialise in providing practical advice and drafting in all matters relating to directors’ and executives’ remuneration, share schemes and associated governance. We also have a market leading reputation for advising on pay policies and practices within the private equity and infrastructure investment fund management industries.
MM&K has been in business for more than 45 years. It is owned by the people who work in it, which means we are completely independent, and therefore free to give the best objective advice to our clients, unfettered by having to take into consideration any wider influences or interests.
We value doing a great job for our clients first and personal job satisfaction comes a close second. Our core values are independence, professionalism, and honesty.
Our clients work with us, and recommend us to their contacts due to our credibility in delivery – we do what we say we will do, and we have the internal capacity and skill set to successfully implementing our agreed recommendations
We also publish market-leading pay policy and practice surveys for specific sectors. Access to this data and market knowledge further boosts our comparative remuneration analyses and the robustness of our recommendations.
Through membership of the Global Governance and Executive Compensation Group, comprising six independent advisory firms in the UK, continental Europe, South Africa, Singapore, Australia and the US, MM&K combines local knowledge and expertise with a global reach.
