MM&K speaks at London Stock Exchange Group webinar – The Impact of an IPO on Remuneration Policy and Governance Frameworks

On Thursday 15th June, Paul Norris, Senior Partner of MM&K joined an expert panel at the London Stock Exchange, alongside Computershare, JTC and TB Cardew. Moderated by Katya Gorbatiouk, Head of Funds, Primary Markets, London Stock Exchange.

The discussion examined key considerations, decision areas and steps to be taken pre-IPO to ensure remuneration policies are fit-for-purpose after the event. The panel also provided insights into important changes in the role of the Board and corporate governance requirements post-IPO and also commented on the level and form of post-IPO continuing support for the Board to ensure remuneration policies remain fit for purpose and consistent with good corporate governance.
