MM&K Africa Compensation Survey — Participation Still Open with Extended Deadline

Following the launch of our first-ever Africa Compensation Survey for the African Private Equity and Venture Capital Industry (originally announced on 11 November 2025), we are pleased to confirm that survey participation remains open and the deadline for submissions has been extended to the end of March 2026.

The survey continues to gather market-leading data on compensation practices across the African private equity, venture capital, infrastructure and real estate fund management sectors, including: base salaries, benefits, bonus structures, carried interest participation, allowances and other reward-related metrics.

The Survey covers over 50 investment and non-investment roles.  There is a discounted price for all participant firms who are member firms of the AVCA – The African Private Capital Association.
