Life in the Boardroom – 2025/2026 Chair and Non-Executive Director Survey

This Chair and Non-Executive Director Survey is unique as data is collected directly from Directors themselves, rather than from company staff or annual reports. This provides a more accurate picture of board practices and pay.

The Survey covers:

• AI Adoption, AI Governance, and AI Risk Management
• Working practices post-COVID-19 pandemic

For our 2025/2026 survey, we collected data from 168 participants representing a total of 435 board appointments.
