2023 Private Equity & Venture Capital Compensation Survey

MM&K Private Equity & Venture Capital Compensation Survey is a Compensation Survey for the European Private Equity and Venture Capital Industry that MM&K has run for 27 years. This month we have launched the 28th round of this survey.

MM&K PE / VC Compensation Survey provides participating firms with market leading, detailed information on both the quantum and structure of pay in the European PE, VC, Infrastructure and Real Estate fund management industries.  In the survey, we collect data on base salaries, benefits, annual bonuses and carried interest plan participation, plus information on a large number of other people and reward issues. This year the report will also include an in-depth diversity and gender pay analysis.

Through participation in our survey, participating firms are able to obtain the full report that will provide invaluable compensation information and data, enabling firms to:

• ensure their pay levels are not out of line with market
• make informed choices on remuneration structures and policies for their business
