Key management changes at MM&K

We are proud to announce that Joanne Fegan has taken over from Paul Norris as our Managing Partner, effective from 1 September. Joanne, who is a chartered certified accountant, is also a director of MM&K Limited. These management changes allow Paul to reduce his time commitment to the firm, whilst retaining a client-facing role and his seat on the board of MM&K Limited.

Commenting on her appointment, Joanne Fegan said:

“I am excited to be taking on this leading role at MM&K to spearhead the firm’s move into its next phase of growth. Paul led the buy-out of MM&K in 2003 and has steered the firm’s continual growth. His leadership leaves MM&K with a strong foundation on which to build for the future.

I have held a number of management roles in MM&K and now look forward to building on the momentum we have generated in recent years to consolidate and develop MM&K’s position as a trusted adviser to remuneration committees and boards on director and executive remuneration, performance and governance.

To that end, I will be focusing on ensuring our team has the diversity, knowledge, skills and resources to provide high quality advice and support.”

Paul Norris added:

“I am delighted Jo has agreed to become MM&K’s Managing Partner. Her appointment is an essential step in the evolution of the firm and demonstrates its commitment to develop and promote a new generation of diverse leadership talent.

It has been a privilege to lead MM&K but it is now time to hand over the reins to Jo, who has a deep understanding of the business and will, I am certain, steer it forward with skill and sensitivity. I look forward to supporting her in her new role leading MM&K into and through its next chapter.”
