MM&K (as a part of the GECN Group) has conducted research on global trends in corporate governance for the past few years. The 2021 research is a continuation of the 2020 study and is focused on outlining the trends on how companies have integrated ESG into the performance measures linked to their executive incentive plans. We are pleased to present the report “2022 and Beyond” which outlines the trends on the integration of ESG into the performance measures linked to executive incentive plans.
