2022 and Beyond: Global Trends in the use of ESG Plus Metrics in Executive Incentives

MM&K (as a part of the GECN Group) has conducted research on global trends in corporate governance for the past few years. The 2021 research is a continuation of the 2020 study and is focused on outlining the trends on how companies have integrated ESG into the performance measures linked to their executive incentive plans.
