FTSE 350 services company required a new long term incentive plan (LTIP) to replace a previous plan that was not providing the right form of incentive for its senior executive team.

- Advising the board on a new structure for its long term incentive strategy, also identifying new performance criteria
- Drafting of shareholder circular and plan rules
- Discussions and meetings were held with the company and with institutions and following on from these a review of the comments raised was carried out
- Second draft of circular and rules was produced along with the wording for the company’s annual report and accounts
- Award letters and certificates were drafted and agreed by the company
- Plan was approved by shareholders and was implemented successfully
